I need to get back into eating good... not to say that i'm eating cheeseburgers and shit all day, but i find that i will eat some things i shouldn't because i think it won't do anything. also i NEED to start running every day. i don't want to get lazy and not run anymore. what i think i want to do is run like 35-40 mins one day and the next day do like 15-20 mins. i think that way i won't get too sick of going to the marino center. i think i'm gonna stick to the treadmill for now. also i'm gonna try to go back to the 3 hours between food deal. basicly, just eat every 3 hours. that's all for now.

Well here I am at workstudy. How did I get here you ask? Well it all started last night when I decided I was going to wake up late. I woke up at around 11 this morning, although I was scheduled here at 10:30. I then got ready to go and went to the post office to mail a grill i sold on ebay. After taking my time there, i went to the bank to deposit a check. I finally headed toward snell. I got here around 12:20 and i'm only working til 4 ;-) and of course i'm gonna write on my time sheet that i got here at 10.30 these fucking people don't know my schedule or if i'm here or not. I love it. well off to doing nothing.
